Fremington Quay Cafe is a family run business offering delicious wholesome food, much of which is made on the premises or supplied by local bakers, butchers and growers. The Cafe is located in a picture perfect spot on the River Taw with the Tarka Trail running past the door. Its the perfect spot to pause for refreshment if you are walking or cycling from Barnstaple to Bideford on the Tarka Trail and there is ample parking space for those visiting by car.

Gloriously located in the foot hills of Exmoor and prime walking country lies the Masons Arms. Think real ale and champagne by the glass. Enjoy exceptional food from award wining chef Mark Dodson or a simple pint in the wonderfully rustic bar that is in perfect keeping with a country inn. The team at Exeter Sausage and Grill are passionate about good, fresh and local food. There great range of sausages created by the in house butcher use only prime cuts of loccally reared meats and sits alongside chargrilled steaks, classic modern British dishes and several vegetarian options too. Delicious puddings and a great list of wines and beers round things off very nicley indeed. Visit for express lunches or leisurely week-end brunches or traditional Sunday Roasts.

The Premier Café in Budleigh serves traditional fish and chips at their best. There is however much more on the menus although its fair to say fish takes centre stage! Sustainably caught Plaice, Cod and Haddock sit happily alongside stone baked Pizzas and a good choice of vegetarian mains. Family run, family friendly and some of the best fish and chips in East Devon, Perfect.
