The Sea Trout Inn has gained an enviable reputation for good food. Amiable host Sam and Jason arrived in the middle of 2008 and haven't looked back since and the crowds have been returning in there droves. Fresh, local West Country meats, Fish from local Devon waters and West Country Cheeses ensure the cracking a la carte menu is packed full of fresh and in season produce. Bags of charactor and personality describe this charming village inn well. Pretty as a picture, the old world curiosity inside the pub makes for a warm and inviting spot for lunch or dinner. Traditional menus featuring hearty pub favourites are the order of the day here. The seating outside to the back and side of the pub are a treat in the summer months. The Muddiford Inn is now well established and gaining a great reputation for its food. Its simply and waiting to be discovered! Rustic contemporary cooking and a real warmth to the greeting that only a family run hostelry can provide make for a cracking place to come and eat.
